I love this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing it. I did substitute a large bowl of fresh tomatoes for the canned, and used beef bouillon instead of the broth to keep the liquid about the same. The flavors remind me of my Aunt's cooking; she came to America after WWII from Eastern Europe.
