Made these today and they are super yummy! I left out the baking powder cause we like our brownies more fudgey and opted to not add the frosting because we mixed in white and dark chocolate chips. The only thing wrong is absolutely my fault and that's that I should have cooked them about 2-3 minutes less for my personal preference of doneness. 😮‍💨🤣 I will absolutely make these again though! 😋

Our stack with chocolate chips mixed into half the batter! I realized I was out of vinegar only after pulling everything else out so it was just regular ol' milk for our liquid but they were still plenty tasty (and fluffy)! Thanks!

I eat low carb, so made this crustless as I do with my own quiches. It turned out wonderfully. The texture is rich and creamy and the flavors all compliment each other perfectly. This will be great for any meal. Thanks for the recipe!

Sooooooo good! I made homemade pumpkin puree and wanted to use part of it for pumpkin bread. This recipe was perfect and it really hits the spot. Ended up taking about and hour and 15 minutes in my oven, but smelled like heaven the whole time. So worth the wait! 😋

4 year old approved! 2 year old, not so much. 😂I did have to omit the onions and mustard to ensure it would be approved by the 4 year old, but I added it to my own serving. A delicious hit in our house! So moist and packed with flavor! I did omit the walnuts and raisins at the request of my husband and children. I personally prefer raisins in my carrot cake for the added sweetness, moisture, and flavor, but I was out voted this go-around. I'll make a scaled down cake just for myself with raisins in it sometime. Lol

Mrs. Beacham sure knew what she was doing! This is the most perfect blueberry pie I have ever made and it was so simple. I used frozen blueberries for ours because we had a huge bag taking up space in our freezer. My family gobbled it all up!

I used mayo instead of dressing, and dijon mustard. I also found out the last onion I had was bad on the inside 🤦‍♀️ I salvaged that part with a little bit of chopped green onion. This is a really tasty egg salad and I'm hoping next time I make it I can find the dressing you used to make mine!

I made these tonight as "mini corndogs" since we had no popsicle sticks (even though I swear we did lol). I haven't tried one yet, but they're a hit with the almost 3 year old so that's already a win in my book! Thanks!

This was delicious! I used bacon instead of sausage because it's what I had on hand and it turned out great!

This was absolutely delicious and so easy! I did make a few modifications for what I had on hand. I used 3 chicken leg quarters. I omitted Bay leaf because I discovered I had none, and I used brown sugar for its depth of flavor. I decided to shred our chicken. So, I simmered it for 1 hour, then removed it to cool enough to shred. While it was cooling I added the potatoes so the sauce to start cooking. When I returned the chicken to the pot I added some cornstarch slurry to thicken, and then simmered on low 1 hour more.I will definitely make this again!

I have two little ones (one 2.5 years and one 6 months) so I'm always looking for ways to cut down on cooking time. One way I do that is turning cookie recipes into "cookie bars". This recipe worked perfectly for that! I spread the dough out into a 9x13 pan and baked it at 350 for about 30 minutes. That's cooked them perfectly for us. This is definitely one of the best cookie recipes I've come across and I'll use it again!

Here's a picture before the cake cooled. Lol. I topped it with chocolaye frosting and it was devoured! I baked this in our dark glass 9x9 dish and it took around 45-50 minutes. I think next time I'll divide it into my round cake pans. It's so simple to make, though, that I will make this time and again! Thanks!

I could only find 1.5 lb packages of stew meat at our grocery store today (what is up with THAT? Lol) so I made up the difference with 8 oz of sliced button mushrooms. This is loaded with flavor and so tender. We will totally make this again!

So mine's gonna look crazy cause I dyed it green for the St. Patrick's Day lunch we're having at my grandma's tomorrow. I wanted to make everyone go "wtf"? Think I'll accomish that. 😂Anyway, if it tastes as good as it smells I know it won't last long! Lol

I've really been craving oatmeal raisin cookies, but can't find my original go-to recipe anywhere. I didn't want to make a ton of coomoes, just a couple dozen, and your recipe is exactly what I needed. To top it all off, definitely soft, cjewy, and tender. I did skip the hour in the fridge cause I have a newborn and had to whip these up on her terms while she napped, but they turned out perfect without that step. I'll definitely make these again!

So I am really loving your recipes! And I love that this recipe includes flaxseed! I'm currently nursing my newborn and was looking for recipes to help with production (oats and flaxseed are two helpers). I added a couple tbs of brewer's yeast to the batter as well to round out the supplements. I made mini muffins, half with dark chocolate, half without, and ended up with 48. It was dangerous to make them minis! These are not going to last long at all! Thanks!

Whipped up a batch yesterday. I didn't have vanilla, but they are still excellent without it! In fact between my husband and son the batch didn't last the evening! Lol

I made a couple of modifications. Since I didn't have bell peppers or tomato sauce those were left out. Also left out the chili powder so my 2 yr old would eat it. Still tastes exactly like I remember was made by our Filipina neighbor on the air force base we lived when I was a kid. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!
