Was looking for a recipe to complement rice and I automatically thought of sweat & sour chicken...I viewed many other recipes for the dish and decided to go with this one... Overall I really enjoyed the outcome of the chicken & the overall ease of the recipe this is a perfect quick dinner fix...My only complaint would be I wish there was more ingredients combined to go along with the rice...
