Perfect rice every time! No fail method!

If using a pressure cooker, add enough water to the bottom and then add rice along and cover with thrice of rice quantity water in an inner pot. Add a couple spoons of oil to it and close the pot and then close the cooker. In a rice cooker or IP too; fill in the container with water to half the size and then in a vessel; add rice to water in 1:3 ratio. Add this vessel into the rice cooker/instant pot. Add 2 spoons oil and close the vessel. Close the rice cooker/IP.
