Mine is too watery although i tried to thicken the sauce by heat it for almost 10 min 😂😂is this correct?

I remember your thick sauce when i cook the thai chicken, i thought i will achieve that kind of constitency 🤤but i am glad my cauliflower taste so much better with this sauce yesterday

Ahh I see. This is quite a runny sauce 😊. I am so pleased you enjoyed it I mean you can go a bit naughty and coated your cauliflower in light tempura batter and fry them then pour the sauce on top after🤤🤤. Honestly I made tempura version the other day and managed to lure my son to try and he said (he doesn’t like cauliflower at all) it tastes like korean crispy chicken !!!!! Hehe win win !!
