not the best I've ever had. I'd use less spices next time.

This is probably the best recipe out there, but I would definitely consider adding salt.

pretty good, I added salt and took out the cumin, also using serrano chilis instead of jalapenos gave it a more authentic taste

delicious. I think the cilantro helps set it off.

Excellent! A few modifications: no cilantro (haven't acquired that taste), only a teaspoon of all seasonings, and left it chunkier. Thanks for posting - definitely using this always!

The guac was great. Note the ingredients listed as it will be more on the spicy/mild side. I would suggest add the chili powder to taste, as it is much stronger than the other spices.

proper guac has only avocados, lime, garlic, and salt.

This was one of the tasties guacamoles I've ever had. I had to make a slight change, though. I had all of the ingredients in my kitchen, except for the chili powder, so I decided to use Taco Seasoning instead (it had many of the ingredients this recipe calls for). I used three tablespoons of Taco Seasoning instead of the garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder. I also added a little bit of salt.

I doubled the dose for garlic powder, chilli powder, and added a pinch of salt, also removed the cumin.... sheer awesomeness!
