I did everything on this recipe and must of done something wrong idk but at the end the corn starch just clumped up and dident dissolve?

Was the apple juice room temperature or colder? I mixed the cornstarch with cool apple juice. Made sure the rest of the ingredients are hot and bubbling. Stir in the cornstarch solution and stir as it bubbles till thickens. Keep stirring constantly till removed from heat. I never had it clump unless I added and left for a bit. Came back and it was clumpy.

Yea i was mixing a lot but i think ik what i did wrong lol i dident mix the apple juice and cornstarch then added it i jst added apple juice then added the cornstarch right after and it was room temp apple juice

What i did though was jst put it through a strainer to get the clumps out and it ended up thickening up as it cooled so it still taste good😁 thank you for sharing this recipe btw!

@Leala88 I Put in an airtight container a jar. I Kept it 2 weeks in the fridge before we had consumed all of it
