Well another success for 2016 St Patrick's Day this was so Fork tender and my son said it was the juiciest corned beef he's ever had in his life !!! Yum!

2017....and I can't wait to cook this ..it turns out perfect every time...oh and the veggies..with the vinegar ...to die for....so lucky I get to start it Wednesday nite for Thursday dinner...everyone too busy on Friday to be home for dinner...Yay Me!!!
