
First time I made this pie crust wasn't that hard... you just had to put a lil dash of a flour to your hands and a lil round the dough when your molding them, getting them ready to be filled for like veggie empanadas, cause the dough can get a lil sticky to your hands while working on them. Anyways, we love the veggie empanadas out of this excellent simple pie crust recipe. Although I ran out of a cup and 1/2 of flour, but still I was able to manage and used the corn bread mill instead... and it still taste great and my husband absolutely loves it!Thank you so much for this recipe!
