🍠 Roasted sweet potato - ‘Yaki-Imo’

Thank you for your recipe! I found a sweet potato similar to the Japanese one in Clifton Fruit & Veg, so I decided to enjoy Yakiimo! I didn’t know your tip to use a wet kitchen paper. It’s really moist and sweet! 🙌🍠
