When I saw a big chunk of tuna at the Spiny & Lobster fishmonger and the guy told me that it’s “Sashimi quality”, your recipe suddenly popped up into my mind🐟 It’s very simple way to enjoy good quality fish! I’m so full 😂 Thank you!
