
Very nice dish. Although I've made this several times in the past, I decided to follow a recipe (yours) this time. Great flavor. I added basil and a bit of balsamic vinegar. Of course I included some red wine. ; )

Green beans were saute'd in olive oil, then add garlic to the pan, then a bit of vermouth, cover and steam for a few minutes. A very simple and quick dish!
