  • Nice take (recipe) on this schnitzel dish. I had some béarnaise sauce leftover from a prior meal, so I gave the chops the “Oscar” treatment. The slight infusion of vinegars in the asparagus and shrimp complimented the sauce well. Add comment

  • A recipe with SRV & AK is always a must try! I put in an added base of hash browns. When finished, I flipped the iron skillet over for easy slicing and added a little hot sauce. Something that Stevie would conjure up no doubt. Add comment
