This recipe doesn't say the temperature to set the oven to. I'm setting mine at 350° hopefully it's a universal temp.

Hi, I just wanted to make sure that you know that papaya and paw paw are not the same fruit and they don't taste the same.

Thank you so much for the observation. In Nigeria, we call Papaya, pawpaw. Everyone knows it at pawpaw but that's what you probably know as Papaya.

I made this today with very little adjustments. This cake/bread is perfect and looks just like the picture. I didn't have orange juice so I substituted lemon juice. I used my Kitchenaid mixer for mixing the complete cake/bread. I'm sorry I didn't post a picture but my family got to it first. My husband said "this is great". High praise from him since this is the first time he's eaten papaya! I'll be making another one soon!
