Tried the recipe and the buns were yummy,brushed the top with an egg yolk.. Didn't like the taste of salt in the buns though so next tym will not use salt will.

I retried your recipe after the epic fail 🤣🤣 increased the yeast from 1tsp to 2¼ tsp. Maybe that's what caused the cracks but they were soft thank you #cookedwithcookpad

I don't know why mine was an epic fail 😔 they were not soft though not hard as rocks. I tested the yeast and it was active btw. Kindly tell me the exact yeast you using maybe it is the magic i lacked hehe otherwise thank you will continue trying till i hack this ❤️#cookedwithcookpad
