Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add your flour, baking powder and pinch of salt and sugar mix well before adding your butter.

When mixed well you can start applying your water little by little until your dough is thick.

When mixed thoroughly rub oil on dough and set aside.

Wash your fish thoroughly till you can have a clean water. Put fish on fire to cook for at least 10 minute,

When cooked you can now squash fish before putting your onion and pepper on fire, add your seasonings! when fried you can now add your fish and stare well till done

When done set to cool and take your dough and roll, when rolled put a teaspoon full of fish then roll from the edge to the end. At the end of the roll add you sticking ingredient then close.
