Ingredients

  1. 2and quarter cups flour
  2. 200 mlwarm milk
  3. 3 tbspsugar
  4. Quarter tsp salt
  5. Halftbsp yeast
  6. 3 tbspbutter
  7. Baking pan and oven

    Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar.

    Sift in the flour and combine to form a dough.

    Allow rest for 10 minutes

    The dough should be stretchy. Add 2 tablespoon butter, knead and knock for 20 minutes. Cut into balls and cover to allow rest and rise for 10 minutes.

    Pick a ball, roll and shape into balls and arrange on a buttered-floured pan. Allow rise for 45 minutes.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove and allow cool on a rack.

    Enjoy with hot or cold tea.
