Good idea to use tofu instead of fish! Does it matter what kind of tofu you use... silk or firm?

I used a firm one. :) I think you can use silk as well, but the datemaki will yield more water later.

Never thought about making datemaki with tofu... did you use soft tofu or firm tofu? This sounds yummy \^0^
