Carrots are a great source of vitamin K1,potassium,beta carotene, an antioxidant that your body turns to vitamin A, that as you may know is good for maintaining a good vision, reduces the risk of cancer, lower cholesterol rate. For gardeners it is a rooted vegetable, wich means it can be planted indoors with potatoes.
Recipes based on carrots: glazed carrots, morrocan sheet pan chicken, Sicillan styled carrots chickpea and lentil chili, carrot cakes cheese veggie gratin, carrot risoto, carrot and squash soup.

Hi, im Liam, born year 2000 in Finland , lived in italy and france for 5 years , then Egypt since my father's work involved him travelling a lot, then Pakistan and last but not least Minesota.
