Hi dear friend 🌹I made this dish according to your recipe, but I changed it first, I added 2 tbs of butter, and I used black seed instead of sesame seeds. Also i didn`t Use asafoetida and cumin becuse i did not know that what is it!!I think it tastes like chips, it is very crunchy and delicious 😋I ate this food several years ago, which was made by an Indian woman. I think that she was called Nourke ..Thank you for sharing the recipe
