I'm a easy going person, with lots of love and compassion for life and those around me. I have a WONDERFUL family whom I love More than LIFE!! I'm a Christian who loves all people...religion, ethnic origin makes no difference to me. I'm a home body,I can't get out much these days but that's ok because I always over do it when I do get out around and about.Lol. I didn't learn to cook till I was older and I love try different recipes on my family...Now that I have time to do it. I'd say I'm a good home cook I can't bake. I have two recipes on here I've mastered and love..So I'm learning. I'm hopeful, grateful, happy, and thankful for this app. It's been a blessing in my life. I love animals like I do people. I have a awesome cat named Einstein he's my best friend. I'm married with two children and three grandbabies. I love life and hope that those around me, know me or get know me get that good vibe from me. I love cooler weather. I'm a night owl and I wouldn't change much about things in my life ,except maybe where I live, and that's only due to the heat.Lol..THAT sums me up pretty much y'all. So nice to meet you. This is the first dessert I've ever made. It was so easy it didn't scare me away. I did use coconut milk, and biscuit I was out of flour and added chocolate chips.I love chocolate and coconut mixed together.. It was DELICIOUS!!! :-) A new favorite I can make myself. It did take mine about 1 ,1/2 hours to fully set and cook. It has been extremely hot where I live and I was told that could be why it took mine so long to cook. So worth wait..Thank you for sharing this recipe. :-)
