great recipe,I personally cut the crust of some brown bread whacked it in oven for 5 mins to dry out a bit then blitzed,made the lemon mix as it stated,after rolling in the lemon I'd suggest giving it a good pat with the bread crumbs otherwise they tend to fall of easy apart from that they came out the oven nice n succulent thanks for posting will defo do it again :beer
