I was so honoured to cook this with the recipe author’s help! To fit this in lunchtime, I tried microwave to soften red pepper roughly 6 mins with 900W and then 10-12 mins in oven with 220C°. We even skipped peeling skins of peppers as shorter cooking time means pepper’s surface didn’t get burnt. Impressive result with time saving method! Thank you. This was rich taste! Yummy😋
