The instructions to this recipe left me guessing which ingredients to buy at the grocery store. I bought one package of white chocolate and it wasn't enough. The ratio of oreos to cream cheese should be 12 cookies to one pkg of 8oz cream cheese. I also bought some milk chocolate icing and it didn't harden enough, leaving the balls a little messier than I was hoping for. I also found out that the balls need to be coated quickly with the white chocolate or the cream cheese starts to melt. Don't overheat the white chocolate!!

I wonder how many people have made this recipe after viewing my picture? LoL. I hope I'm not responsible for putting anyone into a sugar coma or anything...LoL!!
