Oh yeah!!! This is almost EXACTLY how mine looked about five years ago when I first made this!!! Scrumptious!!! Mashed potatoes will never look the same to you again. B-)

That's what I was thinking, I'm baking mashed potatoes?! How funny! :flower I make something like this already but I don't mash the potatoes,I use sour cream instead of cream cheese and add green beans and hamburger. The kids call it "what do you call it" :-D
