delicious! I was worried I over cooked the caramel a bit so I thought it wouldn't work, I also had to assemble it in a huge hurry and put it in the fridge, covered, for a few hours...but it baked up beautifully later that day! thanks for sharing!

Looks great jade! I made this cake last year when songee first posted..only took direction step photos...final product was dug into b4 I could get a decent pic :grumpy ...that's what happens when I turn my back :hmpf
