
My pre-comp meal was delish! I could only find dried porcini mushrooms (was this correct?) and didn't realise I had to rehydrate them before cooking so they didn't get as much time to soak flavour into the sauce, but I'll know for next time!

Ah this is what you meant by my ragu recipe!! Great photo, looks delicious! Dried porcini absolutely work well... maybe next time we can shred some truffles in there 😊
