I doubled the recipe, halved the sugar, baked in a baking sheet. Next time I'd cut down on cloves and allspice which make it very fingerbreadth in taste. Also I'd cut down on raisins. I liked the texture! Oh, and most important for vegans like me, I replaced the egg with aquafaba.
