Masak susu cair dan gula dengan api sedang terlebih dahulu

Perlahan-lahan masukkan agar-agar kedalam sambil diaduk terus

Jika telah mendidih, kecilkan api dan terus aduk hingga mendidih kembali. Kemudian, tutup kompor dan aduk kembali kurang lebih 5 menit dan tuang agar-agar ke loyang dan masukkan ke kulkas kurang lebih 3-4 jam
