前陣子風行日本的啤酒雞肉炊飯,我改成用黑麥汁,香醇不變、老少皆宜!雞肉先用牛奶醃過讓肉質軟化,香菇與筍絲增加口感,有菜有肉的炊飯最適合忙碌的煮婦了!
