सबसे पहले एक मोटी तली के बर्तन में दूध लेकर उसे घीमी गैस पर चलाते हैं आधा होने तक पकाएं और फिर इसमें चीनी मिक्स करें और इलायची को कूट कर मिक्स करें। एक डोंगे में निकाल कर ठंडा होने दें।

First make a solution of cornflour by adding 1/3 cup water in a vessel and then pour this solution in a non-stick pan and prepare the solution by adding 2/3 cup water in it. Now cook this mixture on low flame while stirring continuously till it becomes transparent. Attach a nozzle with a thin hole in a piping bag, take out the vermicelli from it and soak it in ice water and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

Pour milk into a thick-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil over low heat. Add sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves. In a bowl, add the custard powder to a little water/milk and stir until it thickens.

Remove all the fruits with a scooper. Finely chop the almonds and cashews.

Soak chia seeds in water for 1/2 hour.

In a serving glass, first pour rose syrup and then top it with Falooda vermicelli, then chia seeds on top of it, then add some custard cold milk and all the three chopped fruits, a little each, and then again add cold custard milk.
