Delicious!I added 3 rustic chopped baby Bellas, 1/2 tbspn kosher salt, and 1/4 tbspn of pepper extra, ‘twas amazing :)

Delicious!-Used a hefty sprinkle of flower over the mushrooms & onions to make a light roux-couldn’t find light cream so I used half heavy cream & half half&half-used 1 1/2 tsp salt, & a heavy dash of pepper-May add a pinch of dill next time:)

Slightly upped the flower for a thicker consistency and smothered some pork chops with it, Magic!

This time I browned and added 1/2 pound of chorizo... frakking amazing.

Big portobellos so we doubled the meat 🍖 very good!

Very delicious! I may add a touch of Worcestershire sauce next time :)

Made these for my parents as a snack when they visited! Doubled the salt, added chives, shredded cheese in the batter, and Cojita cheese on top :)

We weren’t hungover this time (we may or may not have been drinking 😈) so I added the corn starch slurry and chopped mushrooms :)

Babycakes requested these for the work potluck, I made 40... they were gone before lunch ended. 😅
