Hi Felice! I found a butternut squash at a supermarket! It made me remember you and the days when I was trying a lot of your recipes.. And I tried it again! It's sweet, yummy and I especially loooove it's shape. So cute!! :D

This is great!! I skipped red peppers so it went really mild and creamy. I made it in a small portion.. regrettably. I will repeat it soon! ;D
