Wonderful and easy. I turned the oven to °380 the last 10 mns. Maybe I was impatient.
After sauteing the cabbage I put in a tomato and blended well. Cracked three eggs and stirred. Added some cheese. Not an omelette but scrambled. It was tasty. Thanks.
