Crust is to die for. . . I subbed pecorino romano cheese and added roasted coriander to the breading.Highly recommended.

I'll be sticking with this recipe for a long time; beats out any other pancake I've made in the past, hands down.

(Crap I accidentally deleted my review!) Excellent flavor and texture! Followed directions and ended up with nine cookies, not twenty-four.
