Outstanding and simple cookie recipe. I changed it a bit and made it very low sugar. I used a box of sugar free cake mix and used about 1/2 cup of lemon juice. I used regular cool whip, but I'm sure you could use sugar free or low sugar. Great spongy cookie. Very easy. This batch is the second time I've made them. Really good!
Awesome and easy recipe. My only change was to use half and half instead of milk.
this was an awesome recipe! Didn't have oil on hand and used italian dressing in the first step. My friends thought it was awesome too!
