This was really really delicious! The garlic and herbs stand out well and the spinach is a nice touch, definitely making this again :)
This was great!I only had yellow and green pepper on hand, so I used them. Added some jalapeño and carrots (I'm weird and I sneak carrots into everything lol) and also diced veggies small as I made this into quesadillas instead of eating it as fajitas.But the seasoning is fantastic! :)
