Just made this with my kids- absolutely amazing! And very easy!

So good! I had Anise seeds that I ground up and used it in the wet and dry ingredients and in the icing (that's why my icing looks darker). But they are delicious!

Can't wait to have this tmw! I made a little bowl of what was left over and it was amazing!

Looks and smells great! I found it helped to spray my hand with cooking spray and push the batter down into the pan. That made it a lot easier. Thanks for the recipe :)

Very good! I did only use 2 eggs because I thought 4 was kind of a lot for only 1 cup of flour (?) but they were delicious!
