
I am a modern Housewife who spent last 20 years in kitchen with an objective of serving delicious food to my family so that they love home food and live healthy. I have succeeded in my endurance as my family still loves my home cooked food and living a very healthy life (knock on wood).
Like any other Indian housewife; I learned cooking in the traditional way. However I started noticing certain unhealthy practices we follow to make the food tastier which often led to lifestyle diseases. I wanted to break the conventional myth that tasty food is less healthy.
