Quick and dirty weeknight version

My coffee weeped slightly but happy with the first effort. Made it with almond milk.
Added Linda Mccartney chorizo sausages
We didn't have any burlotti beans so I had to use cannellini beans. Also needs MOAR spice! So added some belizean heat hot sauce!
