預備食材

  1. pizza base (any flavor you like) 1張披薩皮(任何口味都可) 1
  2. red capsicum and yellow capsicum 半顆紅椒與黃椒 1/2
  3. mushrooms 2顆蘑菇 2
  4. tomato 1顆番茄 1
  5. vintage cheddar cheese 2片巧達起司片 2 slices
  6. pizza cheese 100g披薩乳酪絲 100 g
  7. Tomato sauce 番茄醬
  8. Sweet soy sauce (or any sauce you like, but the sauce must be thick) 甜醬油(或是任何你喜歡的醬汁,但質地一定要濃稠)

料理步驟

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the veggies into slices.
    所有蔬菜切片備用。

  2. 2

    1st Layer: Tear cheese slices into small pieces and put on the pizza base evenly.
    第一層:起司片撕小塊均勻撲在披薩皮上。

  3. 3

    2nd Layer: Veggies
    3rd Layer: Tomato sauce and sweet soy sauce.
    200 ⁰C roast for 10 mins
    第二層:所有蔬菜。
    第三層:番茄醬+甜醬油
    200度烤10分鍾。

  4. 4

    Take out the pizza from the oven.
    4th Layer: Pizza Cheese (as much as you like)
    Roast 10 mins again.
    披薩取出。
    第四層:披薩乳酪絲(量隨喜)
    再烤10分鐘。
