This recipe has what it promises. Easy, healthy and tasty. Normally I don’t cook chicken breast as it’s overcooked easily but this recipe has certainly changes my mind. Basically there is no cooking at all, the most time consuming part is coating. And all flavours are in breadcrumb which means the smaller you cut the chicken, the tastier it gets. However, it takes longer to coat the chicken when there are more pieces. My fuzzy toddler loves it. We use mayo and sweet chilli sauce as dipping sauces to add more flavour.
