是的,悶煮就會熟囉!前提是肉要選薄片,鋪平盡量不要重疊。沒有水分,吐司不會軟,怕烤焦,我這次做有些微焦焦的,有種脆脆的口感😊

你也可以把所有的食材都先煮熟,再鋪到吐司上,這也是一種變通的方法喔😊
