It's a simple yet tasty dish. Preparation and cooking parts are effortless, however, it does take a while to cook through a piece of chicken thigh fillet as its thick.While pan grill the chicken skin, oil spreads badly so it might be a good idea to have a lid handy to protect yourself. And if you have kids at home, keep them away.Between picture 4 and 5, the chicken has been flipped from skin side up to skin side down but isn't mentioned in the recipe. It's a great and easy dish, definitely goes to be cooked regularly in our place. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
