Root for It 🥕 Carrots, parsnips & seasonal veg at their best
The autumn equinox has arrived, British Food Fortnight is under way, and root vegetables are hitting their seasonal stride. There's something deeply satisfying about turning humble roots into something truly delicious — whether roasted, mashed, blended into a soup, or the star of a tray bake.
Here are some rooted ideas to inspire you:
🥕 Roasted carrots, honey-glazed parsnips, and beetroot dishes
🥔 Mashed, roasted, and baked potato recipes
🍠 Sweet potato curries, fritters, and loaded bakes
🧅 Celeriac, turnip, and swede in soups and sides
🥘 Root vegetable traybakes and one-pan roasts
🫕 Hearty root vegetable soups and warming stews
🌱 Seasonal root salads with autumnal dressings
Go back to your roots this week — and make them shine. 🥕✨
