
Made this for around 45 minutes but it was so worth it, I'd add more leek and only the whites of the egg for presentation but it came out delicious and straightforward to make

Thank you for sharing the cooksnap. Your soup looks very comforting. I am wondering why it took such a long time to cook. You mush have made soup stock or noodles from scratch. If so, the soup must have been extra delicious.
