Sharp sharp noodles😂

I'm trying a low carb way of eating and have been trying out low carb versions of my favourite meals. This one uses bare naked noodles made from Konjac and I promise it tastes just like the real thing. It doesn't have much flavour of its own though so needs some sauce or something to help with the flavour.

Mee(noodles). Tuaran is a small town located in Sabah, Malaysia. This dish is famously known as Mee Tuaran because of the noodles that were made in Tuaran.

Unlike it's name suggest Singapore noodles originates from Hong Kong in the 1950's. Noodles with a light curry flavour that can be served with prawns, chicken, beef, pork, tofu or veggies (even better if you include more than one!)
