Chocolate nuts puff
INGREDIENTS
350 grm, Puff pastry dough
3 tbsp, chocolate sauce
2 tbsp, almonds (crushed )
2 tbsp, cashew nuts (crushed )
2 tbsp, pistachios (crushed )
FOR SULLERY
1 tbsp, dry milk
2 tbsp, water
METHOD
First roll down puff pastry and remove edges.
Then apply chocolate sauce and spread evenly.
Now spread dry fruits gently.
Now place cuts at the sides of the dough and close its upper and lower cutter sides.
apply dry milk sulerry on top.
Bake for 10 minutes on 200c then 15 to 20 minutes on 150c or until done.
