I've used regular wheat flour and whole-grain flour to great success. The former produces a "fluffier" bread while the latter produces a denser, healthier bread :)

yep, although sometimes I tweak the amount a little bit, what you want is a dough that's fairly wet, with no dry flour bits left :)

Ah yes! There will be some flour on the table and I might add a little if the dough sticks too much to my fingers 😅
