Nothing to fo with dutch the country. Its english saying usually involving alcohol to get courage. But where i come from we just dutch courage.

Thank you very much and sorry for my late reply, but my little, very much loved doggie died 2days ago. So i didn't feel like do something on my computer. I still don't, but life goes on.
